1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with or using the CXZ777 platform — whether through a browser, any linked service or any tool that interacts with CXZ777 — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Creating an account is taken as full acceptance of these terms at the point of registration, and continued use of the platform after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration

To place bets or play games on CXZ777 you must register a verified account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one CXZ777 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — regardless of the name, email address or payment method used — violate these terms.
• Accurate information required. All registration details — including name, date of birth and payment information — must be accurate and kept current. CXZ777 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact CXZ777 support immediately.
• No account sharing. Your CXZ777 account is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials with any other person or allowing third parties to use your account is not permitted.
• No accounts for third parties. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person.

3Age Verification

CXZ777 is an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. CXZ777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Where age cannot be confirmed to CXZ777's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification.

Any balance accumulated in an account found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited. CXZ777 takes underage access seriously and will refer relevant cases to appropriate parties where required.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on CXZ777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

• Supported methods. CXZ777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards and supported mobile wallets.
• Minimum amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the relevant platform screens at the time of transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time.
• Same-method withdrawal. CXZ777 may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to the method being available for withdrawals.
• Verification before withdrawal. CXZ777 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Providing false documentation constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• Processing times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. CXZ777 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly but does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases.
• Source of funds. All deposited funds must originate from payment methods that are legally registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on CXZ777:

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless CXZ777 exercises its right to void a bet under the circumstances described below.
• Void bets. CXZ777 reserves the right to void any bet where: a technical error affected the odds displayed; odds were published in error; the event is cancelled or abandoned; or any other circumstance arises that renders the result unclear or invalid.
• In-play betting. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the live state of the event. CXZ777 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event or for any continuous period during a live event.
• Stake limits. Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by sport, event and market. Limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.
• Result disputes. Official results from the relevant governing body (PSL, ICC, FIFA, etc.) are used to settle all bets. In the event of conflicting results, CXZ777's determination based on available official sources is final.
• Accumulator bets. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to return a payout. One voided selection in an accumulator reduces it to the next leg down — the bet is not voided in full unless all selections are voided.

6Bonuses and Promotions

CXZ777 offers bonuses, cashback credits and promotional rewards to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each promotion:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, only bets at minimum odds of 1.50 or above contribute fully to wagering requirements.
• Time limits. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements that remain after expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Withdrawal before wagering. If you request a withdrawal while bonus funds are active and wagering requirements are unmet, the bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from them may be removed prior to processing your withdrawal of real-money funds.
• Abuse. CXZ777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer and cancel any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable assessment, that the offer has been exploited or abused.

7VIP Programme

CXZ777's VIP programme operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tier status is based on cumulative activity within the platform. The following conditions apply:

• VIP tier eligibility is determined by CXZ777 based on wagering volume and platform activity. Specific tier thresholds may be adjusted from time to time.
• Cashback rates, bonus entitlements and withdrawal priority associated with each tier are as published on the VIP page. CXZ777 may update these benefits with reasonable notice.
• VIP status is non-transferable and attached to the individual registered account only.
• CXZ777 reserves the right to revoke VIP status and associated benefits if an account is found to be in breach of these terms.
• Cashback credits issued through the VIP programme are subject to the bonus and wagering requirements described in Section 6 unless stated otherwise for a specific VIP benefit.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CXZ777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Multiple accounts. Operating more than one account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Bonus abuse. Coordinating with other players or using multiple identities to exploit promotions.
• Automated tools. Using bots, scripts, software or any automated system to place bets, play games or interact with the platform.
• Fraudulent deposits. Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent payment methods or deposits that are subsequently reversed or charged back.
• Match fixing or insider information. Betting on events where you have non-public information, or on events you have influenced in any way.
• Money laundering. Using the platform to process, conceal or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting errors. Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system failures to gain an unfair advantage.

9Account Closure and Suspension

CXZ777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide identity or age verification documents when requested
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the account holder
• Conduct that CXZ777 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or other players

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method where permitted, following any applicable investigations.

10Privacy and Data

CXZ777 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, payment processing, identity verification and platform use. The full details of how your data is handled are set out in the CXZ777 Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data CXZ777 holds about you by contacting support.

CXZ777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors is limited to what is necessary for transaction processing.

11Responsible Gaming

CXZ777 is an entertainment platform. All games and betting activities on the platform carry a mathematical house edge — over sufficient play, expected outcomes are net losses relative to total stakes. CXZ777 does not represent betting or gaming as an investment or a reliable source of income.

The following tools are available to all registered players from within account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.

• CXZ777 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, network outages, browser incompatibilities or device-side technical failures.
• CXZ777 is not liable for losses arising from incorrect bets placed by users, including in-play bets placed at odds the user disputes after the fact.
• In the event of a clear pricing error — where odds were published in error at a level materially different from the correct market price — CXZ777 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• CXZ777's total liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from platform use is limited to the net deposited balance in that user's account at the time of the claim.

13Changes to These Terms

CXZ777 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated date shown at the top of this page will be revised, and where practical, registered players will be notified.

Continued use of the CXZ777 platform following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revision, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

The version of these terms currently published on this page supersedes all previous versions.
